What makes us different
1. The doctor performing your evaluation and procedure is a highly qualified, board-certified physician specializing in vascular and vein problems.
Not all vein treatment physicians are trained and certified to provide subspecialty vein and vascular care. All our physicians are board-certified in radiology - which qualifies them to perform and interpret your ultrasound exam – and subspecialty board-certified in vascular and interventional radiology. Whether it's a sclerotherapy session or a complex laser ablation, only a trained vascular physician performs your procedure.
2. You always see a vein specialist physician during your evaluation.
Many clinics and offices have nurses or technicians handle your initial screening. Because our practice includes six vein and vascular treatment specialists, you have the care of a board-certified physician—a doctor dedicated to vein treatment—at every stage of your evaluation, treatment and aftercare.
3. You can rely on our experience and have full confidence in your diagnosis.
Our physicians were among the first in southeasternWisconsin to offer laser ablation therapy, and with an average 10 to 15 years experience as vein and vascular specialists, they’ve seen most forms of vascular disease. The close collaboration among our doctors assures you of access to additional diagnosis as needed—with no additional charge for a second or confirming opinion.
4. You have access to a wide range of treatment options.
Vein treatment options in Milwaukee range from boutique “medi-spas” to large facilities offering vein treatment as one of a long list of procedures. We’re dedicated to vein care and offer a full range of treatments: sclerotherapy, ambulatory phlebectomy, laser vein ablation, and even in-hospital catheter-based vein treatment, including embolization.
5. You can find our services close to your home or work.
We are the only vein treatment practice with locations throughout southeastern Wisconsin: Brookfield, Whitefish Bay, Kenosha, Elkhorn/Lake Geneva, and Hartford/West Bend.
6. Our insurance specialists work to qualify you, at no extra charge.
Our billing and insurance specialists' sole job is to make sure you get the full insurance coverage to which you're entitled. They gather and submit your information to the insurance provider, clarify details for your insurance company, resubmit information when required and always make certain you understand the billing process. Not all vein clinics provide this value-added service.
7. You have 24/7 access to our nurse and physician team.
A nursing professional is always available by phone to clarify medical instructions, help you fill prescriptions before and after your procedure, and offer practical, professional help. These experienced professionals even take calls in the evenings and weekends after the office is closed. The on-call nurse also has 24-hour access to our physicians to address any special or unusual circumstances.
8. Our doctors can schedule your case in a hospital, if needed.
Some patients have complex problems that can’t be resolved in the office. We have a large hospital-based practice and run five hospital procedure suites, which enables us to solve highly complex problems. Many vein practices do not offer this additional level of care.
9. We connect you to complete care.
Some problems require the use of other specialists, such as surgeons, dermatologists, wound care specialists and podiatrists. We work regularly with all these specialties and can refer you for additional care whenever your situation requires it.
